Dr Bill Rehfisch and Dr Bill Richards. They rented No. 19 Hastings Rd, Frankston and later purchased the 3 buildings on the corner of Hastings Rd and Clarendon St.
Their first move was to No. 22 Clarendon St, and upon selling that building the practice relocated to No. 25 Hastings Rd – where it remains today.
